Securely place the medals or accessories in their original presentation packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
